[Note: Gerald Celente of Trends Research Institute has been heralded by THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, CNBC, CBS, etc. and he has recently said by 2012 the U.S. will become “an undeveloped nation” with tax revolts and a lot of homeless people and crime. Also recently, accidental fires created a state of emergency in California, which is just a reminder of the havoc that could be created by a few Iranian agents here if war should break out between the U.S. and Iran.

Regarding the terrorist attack in India last week, it was by a Pakistani group with links to Pakistan’s ISI intelligence service about whom I’ve written. The group is called Lashkar-e-Taiba which opposes India’s involvement in Kashmir, about which I wrote in my July 23, 2007 NewsWithViews.com column “Javier Solana and the Larger Plan.” Also, remember that in my Sept. 22, 2008 NEWSWITHVIEWS column, “Threats Used for Coercive Compliance,” I wrote (over two months before last week’s attack) that “globally, threats can be non-Communist as well, as India feels threatened by Pakistan and vice versa (watch Kashmir in the future).”

And concerning the Obama administration’s continuing the Power Elite’s planned alternation of power by including many Clintonistas, two examples are Rhodes scholars Dennis Blair (named director of National Intelligence) and Susan Rice (named U.S. ambassador to the U.N.).]

In a previous NewsWithViews column, I mentioned that globalization has returned us to the late 1800s where workers underbid each other for jobs whose conditions weren’t safeguarded by health regulations. “Robber barrons” ruled, and these were people like John D. Rockefeller (his nephew Percy became a member of Skull & Bones in 1900).

With the beginning of the 20th century, Theodore Roosevelt was president and came to be known as a “trust buster” against Rockefeller’s Standard Oil and others, but major corporations that were split up still had interlocking directorates. Thus, Rockefeller’s power was maintained, and he is portrayed in Robert Minor’s 1911 cartoon in THE ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH as welcoming Karl Marx to Wall Street, with Marx carrying a book titled SOCIALISM. Rockefeller was able to use his great wealth to “buy” politicians who would see to it that through laws, rules and regulations, their “owners” were not adversely affected—a type of corporate Socialism.

In August of the same year (1911), McCLURE’S magazine published an article titled “Masters of America: The Seven Men,” which warned that “all fundamental resources, all industries capable of forming a unit, are being drawn together toward monopoly control…. And if corporate centralization of power continues unchecked, what is the next great popular agitation to be in this country? For state socialism?”

Education was an important component of the Rockefeller plan, and he hired a reassuring Baptist minister, Frederick Gates, to set up his General Education Board in 1902 to oversee this effort. From this position, Gates wrote Occasional Letter No. 1 (published 1912), stating that “in our dream, we have limitless resources, and the people (rural folk) yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding hand… unhampered by tradition.” Rockefeller education initiatives applied to city schools, too, as Mayor John Hylan of New York City said in THE NEW YORK TIMES (March 27, 1922): “One of my first acts as mayor was to pitch out… from the educational system of our city the Rockefeller agents” and others who planned “to fit the children for the mill and factory.”

The Rockefeller Foundation throughout the 20th century would try to influence many aspects of American education, for example supporting the School-Health Coordinating Service begun in 1939. But the Rockefeller plan’s educational component ultimately has been to facilitate globalism. In Edith Roosevelt’s 1962 article “The Universal Theocratic State,” she revealed: “Curriculum are being drafted to indoctrinate our children in what John D. Rockefeller, Jr. called ‘the church of all people.’… plans are being made to set up regional world Universities whose objectives would include… ‘to build a world outlook’….” At the end of the next decade, the Rockefeller Foundation supported a 3-volume set, including James Becker’s SCHOOLING FOR A GLOBAL AGE, attempting to convince parents and the general public of the necessity of a global perspective, “otherwise children and youth enrolled in globally oriented programs may find themselves in conflict with values assumed in the home.”

In the mid-1980s, Seattle schools “Rockefeller Project” promoted “global education,” and in 1987 the Rockefeller Foundation helped finance Global Perspectives in Education’s “The United States Prepares for its Future: Global Perspectives in Education, Report of the Study Commission on Global Education.”

In November 1992, when Bill Clinton was elected president, David Rockefeller, Jr., who was on the board of the National Center on Education and the Economy, “celebrated” Clinton’s victory which would give NCEE the chance to implement a “cradle-to-grave” plan “to integrate education and human resource development” that could require radical changes in attitudes, values and beliefs.

Changing attitudes, values and beliefs were also aspects of “social control” which, like education, was an important component of the Rockefeller plan. In order to control people, the Rockefellers knew they had to have the ability to monitor what people do. In that regard, investigative reporter Thomas Lawson in EVERYBODY’S magazine (August 1904) learned “about the greatest information bureau in the world. A ‘Standard Oil’ agent is in every hamlet of the country.” Of course, it was also an important aspect of control to be able to manage what information the American people received. In that regard, in 1905 U.S. Rep. Joseph Sibley (Rockefeller Standard Oil payoff man in Washington) wrote a letter to John D. Archbold (Standard Oil’s money provider) saying, “An efficient literary bureau is needed, not for a day or a crisis but a permanent healthy control of the Associated Press and kindred avenues. It will cost money but it will be the cheapest in the end.”

John D. Rockefeller, his son and grandson were all interested in eugenics, with Rockefeller Foundation money supporting the Eugenics Record Office and in 1926 the founding of the American Eugenics Society. And a few years later, on April 11, 1933, Rockefeller Foundation president Max Mason assured its trustees that “the rationalization of social control” would be the concern of their Social Sciences program. Then in the next decade, Rockefeller Foundation medical director Alan Gregg in 1945 sought to fund research into whether wartime psychology could be relevant for the civilian society.

At the beginning of the next decade, John D. Rockefeller III founded the Population Council in 1952 to develop population control measures worldwide. These efforts were vigorously promoted through the 1960s, and in 1973 the same John D. Rockefeller III authored THE SECOND AMERICAN REVOLUTION applauding sexual liberation and the “humanist revolution” while disparaging “old-fashioned nationalism” (remember my earlier remark about the Rockefeller plan changing attitudes, values and beliefs).

The progression of this plan continued into the 1980s with Arthur S. Miller’s THE SECRET CONSTITUTION AND THE NEED FOR CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGE (1987) sponsored in part by the Rockefeller Foundation. In his book, Miller asserted that “ours is the age of the planned society…. No other way is possible.”

Four years later, the National Commission on Children, with John D. Rockefeller IV (U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller) as Chairman, issued its 1991 report, “Beyond Rhetoric: A New American Agenda for Children and Families,” stating that many others (e.g., health professionals, the media, etc.) besides parents “must help children form attitudes.” It also proposed values education programs built on “common values” which, of course, eliminates exclusively Biblical values.

Twas the night before Christmas, and with great elation,
Barack Obama was planning to “change” the nation.
Corporate stockings were hung at the Congress with care
in the hopes that bailouts soon would be there.
The public was nestled all snug in their beds,
while visions of tax cuts danced in their heads.
Women in their kerchiefs and men in their caps
had unfortunately settled for political c___.
When over the airwaves there arose such a clatter,
people sprang from their lethargy to see what was the matter.
Away to the TV, they flew like a flash,
heard economic bad news and feared for their cash.
Stocks on the Dow hit a new fallen low,
creating more fears down the tubes we would go.
When what to our tearful eyes should appear
but Congressional leaders allaying our fears.
With their leader Obama so lively and quick,
we knew in a moment there must be a fix.
More rapid than politicians fleeing all blame,
Barack whistled and called his allies by name.
Now Daschle, now Geithner, now Gates and Biden,
on Rahm, on Pelosi, on Reid and Clinton (Hillary).
"To the top of the world," we heard him call,
“Proclaim our agenda, Socialism for all!”…
Obama flashing his smile spoke in such prose
that the world was in awe at this king that arose.
He sprang to his throne, to his team gave a whistle.
National sovereignty was gone without the firing of missiles.
But I heard him exclaim from his lofty height,
Now I possess such great power, there’s no use to fight (it)!

In addition to the educational and social control elements of the Rockefeller plan, the economic component has also been important. Mayor John Hylan (mentioned in Part 1) of New York City, in the March 27, 1922 NEW YORK TIMES claimed that the Rockefeller-Standard Oil interests and a small group of others “virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes.” These “selfish purposes” would even include helping the Nazis, as on July 15, 1941 Major Charles Burrows of military intelligence wrote that Standard Oil of New Jersey was diverting 20% of its oil going to the Canary Islands instead to refueling Nazi submarines with 6 of the oilships manned mainly by Nazi officers.

A few years later, on July 26, 1950 Gen. William Donovan (former head of the O.S.S.) as chairman of the American Committee for a United Europe (ACUE) wrote a memo on how to promote a European Parliament. By 1958, the Federalist European Movement received over 53% of its funds from the ACUE, which itself was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and others. The globalist Bilderbergers held their first meeting in May 1954, and have also been funded by the Rockefeller Foundation.

In the next decade (1960s), James Simon Kunen in THE STRAWBERRY STATEMENT (1968) revealed Esso (Rockefeller) money went to Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) “to make a lot of radical commotion so they can look more in the center as they move more to the left.”

This “move more to the left” was exemplified by David Rockefeller in his August 10, 1973 article in THE NEW YORK TIMES. David Rockefeller had attended the London School of Economics (founded by Fabian Socialists), which from 1924 to 1949 had received $3 million from the Rockefeller Foundation and the Laura Spelman Rockefeller Memorial Fund. And in David’s article he praised the economic and social “success” of the brutal Chinese dictator, Chairman Mao, who had killed millions of innocent Chinese civilians.

This was also the same year (1973), David Rockefeller founded the Trilateral Commission (TC) with the Marxist-praising Zbigniew Brzezinski as its director. In Holly Sklar’s TRILATERALISM: THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION AND ELITE PLANNING FOR WORLD MANAGEMENT (1980), she revealed these “ruling elites” would use debt “as part of an economic and political destabilization campaign to strangle a rebellious nation into submission.” And in Sen. Barry Goldwater’s WITH NO APOLOGIES (1979), he explained that what Rockefeller’s TC “proposes is an international economy managed and controlled by international monetary groups through the mechanism of international conglomerates manufacturing and business enterprise…. What these Trilateralists truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nation-states involved.”

One mechanism of this “worldwide economic power” was revealed at the September 11, 1987 “Fourth World Wilderness Congress” held in Colorado with David Rockefeller as a speaker. There was talk at the Congress about creating the International World Conservation Bank that would collateralize 30% of the Earth’s land surface (relevant to “debt for nature” swaps).

Another mechanism of the “worldwide economic power” has been GATT, which on December 1, 1994 Sen. Earnest Hollings revealed “is being pushed by David Rockefeller and the Trilateral Commission. About GATT, House speaker Newt Gingrich said it was “a very big transfer of power from the United States to a new organization (World Trade Organization).”

Acknowledging what was occurring as within David Rockefeller’s realm of activities, Gary Hufbauer’s and Jeffrey Schott’s WESTERN HEMISPHERE ECONOMIC INTEGRATION (1994) was dedicated “To David Rockefeller.” And in it one reads about an “integration agenda,… the need for some institutional mechanism to administer the arrangements,… and the case for a common legal framework.” Each of these elements are related to David Rockefeller’s globalist Power Elite efforts described in his MEMOIRS (2002), which will be quoted later.

Economic integration will ultimately be a global synthesis of Western Capitalism and Eastern Communism into a World Socialist Government, and President-elect Barack Obama is the Power Elite’s choice to lead Americans into a Socialist future with his campaign emphasis on “spreading the wealth around.” It will be as Edward Bellamy related in his 1888 novel LOOKING BACKWARD, 2000-1887, wherein he projected that around 2000 A.D. Americans would come to allow their economy to be managed by a “Great Trust” (Socialist) rather than maintain a free enterprise Capitalist system.

What usually compels people and nations to accept what they otherwise would not is some sort of crisis like the current international economic one. Relevant to this, Gideon Rachman in “And Now For A World Government” (FINANCIAL TIMES, December 8, 2008) writes: “For the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible, (and) would involve much more than cooperation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws.” He then quotes Australian historian Geoffrey Blainey as writing that “for the first time in human history, world government of some sort is now possible,” and Rachman assesses that “the financial crisis and climate change are pushing national governments toward global solutions, even in countries such as China and the U.S. that are traditionally fierce guardians of national sovereignty.”

Relevant to Obama, Rachman comments on the importance of his appointment of Rhodes scholar Susan Rice as U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Then Rachman refers to “a recent report from the Managing Global Insecurity (MGI) project, whose small U.S. advisory group includes John Podesta, the man heading Mr. Obama’s transition team and Strobe Talbott (Rhodes scholar), the president of the Brookings Institution, from which Ms. Rice has just emerged.” Rachman relates that the MGI report “talks about ‘global governance’ rather than world government, but Jacques Attali, an advisor to President Nicholas Sarkozy of France, argues that: ‘Global governance is just a euphemism for global government.’… So, it seems, everything is in place. For the first time since homo sapiens began to doodle on cave walls, there is an argument, and opportunity and a means to make serious steps towards a world government.”

[NOTE: President-Elect Obama has chosen Hillary Clinton to be his Secretary of State, and she seems favorably disposed toward world government. Just as Bill Clinton’s Rhodes scholar roommate and number 2 at the State Department, Strobe Talbott, won a World Federalist Association award for supporting world government, in 1999 Walter Cronkite won the same award. At the ceremony, Cronkite referred to the need to move “toward world government” and said “we Americans will have to yield up some of our sovereignty.” Hillary Clinton congratulated Cronkite on receiving the award, saying, “Tonight we honor you for fighting for ‘the way it could be’.” Then she commented, “With your continuing leadership, we can sail across these unnavigated seas into the 21st century. And there’s no better captain I can imagine, than you. Thank you, my friend.” This clearly indicates Hillary Clinton’s favorable philosophical disposition toward world government, and with Obama proclaiming himself a “world citizen” (the word “citizen” implies legal obligations), the movement toward world government under Obama/Clinton should accelerate.

In fact, there are so many Clinton administration officials named by Obama to his administration that it appears the Power Elite’s “alternation of power” scenario is still operative (George H.W. Bush followed by Bill Clinton followed by George W. Bush now followed by Clinton administration officials with Obama as a figurehead). The reason I say Obama is a figurehead is that presidents are extremely dependent upon their advisors and department heads, and Obama’s great lack of experience makes him especially dependent upon the information those around him choose to give to, or withhold from, him.]

In addition to the educational, social control and economic components of the Rockefeller plan, there is also the spiritual/religious component. I’ve already mentioned how John D. Rockefeller used the Baptist minister Frederick Gates at the beginning of the 20th Century, and in 1913 the Rockefeller Foundation helped organize and fund the American Social Hygiene Association “for reconsideration of public attitudes toward prostitution.” This was followed by the Foundation’s funding of the sex research of Alfred Kinsey beginning in the later 1930s, which would lead to an undermining of Biblical admonitions against fornication, child molestation, etc.

In 1959 the Rockefeller Brothers Fund Special Studies Project released a report, THE MID-CENTURY CHALLENGE TO U.S. FOREIGN POLICY, regarding “the task which history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping shape a new world order in all its dimensions (including) spiritual….” A few years later, in the early 1960s, although David Rockefeller was extremely busy, he had time to stand outside a University of Wisconsin cafeteria line one day and ask a Wayne Peterson, “Wouldn’t you be interested in joining the Peace Corps?” Peterson’s career was “greased” from then on, and he also became a leading proponent of the New Age “Lord Maitreya” among influential world leaders like Mikhail Gorbachev and on TV shows like Merv Griffin’s.

Concerning Catholics, in the mid-1960s the Rockefeller plan included trying to influence Pope Paul VI about the church’s opposition to IUDs. In 1972 David Rockefeller named Rev. Theodore Hesburgh (president of the University of Notre Dame) to the board of Chase Manhattan Bank, and from 1977 to 1982 Rev. Hesburgh was chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation.

In 1973, William Irwin Thompson founded Lindisfarne, which has been supported by the Rockefeller Foundation. Lindisfarne’s plan is for a new “planetary culture” synthesizing science, art, and spiritual awareness. Maurice Strong has been its financial officer, and Luciferian David Spangler has been on its faculty. Strong also has been a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation and the custodian of a group of New Age ashrams in Colorado called “The Baca” which has been visited by David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger and others.

Also in 1973, David Rockefeller began the Trilateral Commission (TC), which Sen. Barry Goldwater in WITH NO APOLOGIES (1979) said “represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power—political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical.” Think long and hard about why a group of people like David Rockefeller and the TC, interested primarily in economic issues (e.g., free trade), would want “ecclesiastical” control!

In the early 1980s, New Ager Barbara Marx Hubbard wrote the first draft of her BOOK OF CO-CREATION noting that she and her allies were “riders of the pale horse, death,” who would eliminate the human “defective seeds” who wouldn’t go along with their New Age plans. When the less blatant edition of this book was published in 1993, it was helped by a “generous grant from the Laurance S. Rockefeller Fund for the Enhancement of the Human Spirit.”

In 1990, Steven Rockefeller (Nelson Rockefeller’s son) co-authored SPIRIT AND NATURE: VISIONS OF INTERDEPENDENCE urging people to discover “the face of the sacred in rocks, trees, animals… and the Earth as a whole.” Shortly thereafter, he started writing the Earth Charter for Maurice Strong and Mikhail Gorbachev, both of whom said the charter would be like a new Ten Commandments. The charter was presented to the UN in 2002 in the Ark of Hope (modeled after the Biblical Ark of the Covenant), and it promoted “the equitable distribution of wealth within nations and among nations.” It was then endorsed by the U.S. Conference of Mayors, and the spiritual/religious component of the Rockefeller plan moved forward.

With a new world religion for spirituality being created, one might remember 2 Thessalonians 2:3 referred to “a great falling away” from Biblical principles in The End Times. Just reflect upon the fact that President Clinton lied under oath, and President-Elect Obama lied during the 2008 campaign. Yet, a great number of Americans still hold them both in high esteem, despite their violations of the Biblical Ten Commandments admonition against lying. Is this evidence of the foretold “great falling away”?

[Note: Almost twenty years ago, I wrote a book titled Now Is the Dawning of the New Age New World Order. Concerning the New World Order, Power Elite agent Henry Kissinger in a recent CNBC interview said President Obama’s “task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a new world order can be created. It’s a great opportunity: it isn’t just a crisis.” Kissinger also wrote “The chance for a new world order” (International Herald Tribune, January 12, 2009) in which he explained: “The economic world has been globalized…. In the end, the political and economic systems can be harmonized in only one of two ways: by creating an international political regulatory system with the same reach as that of the economic world; or by shrinking the economic units to a size manageable by existing political structures, which is likely to lead to a new mercantilism, perhaps of regional units…. The extraordinary impact of the President-Elect on the imagination of humanity is an important element in shaping a new world order…. The role of China in a new world order is equally crucial…. The current crisis can be overcome only by developing a sense of common purpose…. An international order can be permanent only if its participants have a share not only in building but also in securing it.”

Several of my columns ago, I began with a “’Twas the Night Before Christmas” parody, referring to Obama as “this king that arose.” This was because the setting for his Democratic Party nomination speech looked like a scene from a Roman emperor’s coronation. Then on January 20, 2009, Maya Angelou on PBS referred to Obama by saying "(We have) ... not just a prince, we have a young king."

You’re probably thinking such a reference shouldn’t be exaggerated. Fair enough. But then what about Washington Post columnist Mark Shields’ recent statement on PBS’s Newshour that “Bush is John the Baptist to Obama”?

While Obama says he is a Christian, might there be New Age implications to the Obama presidency? In his inaugural address, he said we should “prepare the nation for a new age” and later referred to “ the demands of a new age.” Again, you may say one shouldn’t make too much out of his use of the term “new age,” but then what about his choice of poets for his inauguration?

He could have chosen anyone of thousands of poets, but he chose Elizabeth Alexander who read her “Praise Song for the Day” ending with “love, love beyond marital, filial, national. Love that casts a widening pool of light…. Praise song for walking forward in that light.” How often have you referred to love and a pool of light? Perhaps never, but New Agers do!

On the Lucis Trust (formerly Lucifer Publishing) website you can read “The Science of Meditation” referring to “occult meditation” and “a quiet pool of light…. Let love prevail. Let all men love.” Similarly, in the Theosophical book The Light Shall Set You Free (1996) by Norma Milanovich and Shirley McCune, one reads that “Golden Liquid Light” is “a phrase synonymous with God. It is the pool of electromagnetic energy that is the creator of everything that exists.” One also reads that “Light Workers” are “spiritual believers who actively work to bring love and Light to Earth.”

Much of the information in this book as well as in those of Lucis Trust allegedly comes from “Ascended Masters.” And the Milanovich/McCune book further indicates that “the date for entry into the Fifth Dimension (when the Piscean or Christian age will end and the Age of Aquarius will begin) is scheduled for the year 2012.” This would be the last year of Obama’s current presidency. Is all this coincidental? You decide.]

The final element of the Rockefeller Plan is the political/New World Order component, which will be covered in this Part of the series and in Part 5. I’ve written many times before about the famous author H.G. Wells and how he knew in advance when World War II would begin, about Churchill’s “secret circle,” and that the final “World-State” would arise from a conference in Basra, Iraq, among other things. In 1939, Wells authored The New World Order regarding the coming world government. Relevant to the Rockefellers, I have two letters from Wells to President Franklin Roosevelt. In the April 14, 1934 letter, Wells tells FDR “any letters sent to me at the Chase National Bank, Park Avenue, New York will reach me.” And in the February 27, 1935 letter, Wells tells FDR that he’s coming to New York, and he says “my address will be c/o the Chase National Bank, Park Avenue, N.Y.C.” Chase National Bank was the Rockefeller’s bank, and one may therefore assume Wells was close to them.

In 1931, Dean Rusk had become a Rhodes Scholar, and in 1952 he became president of the Rockefeller Foundation. From this position of prominence, President Kennedy named Rusk Secretary of State in 1961, and in September of that year, State Department document 7277 was produced detailing a 3-stage plan with one of its objectives “the disbanding of all national armed forces.” The final stage of the plan provided for a “progressively strengthened UN Peace Force.” This was just after the 1959 Rockefeller Brothers Fund’s The Mid-Century Challenge to U.S. Foreign Policy (mentioned in Part 2), which referred to “the task of helping shape a new world order in all its dimensions – spiritual, economic, political, social.”

The year after State Department document 7277, CFR member Nelson Rockefeller delivered a series of lectures in 1962 titled The Future of Federalism, in which he proclaimed that “the nation-state is becoming less and less competent to perform its international political tasks,” and regarding “the true building of a new world order,” he foretold that “sooner perhaps than we may realize,… there will evolve the bases for a federal structure of the free world.” Of course, in this evolution, old-line Communists would have to go. Therefore, shortly after David Rockefeller visited Russia in 1964, Nikita Khrushchev was deposed and sent to Siberia.

Six years later, David Rockefeller became chairman of the CFR from 1970 to 1985, and he founded the Trilateral Commission (TC) in 1973. The administration of President Jimmy Carter from 1977 to 1981 was loaded with CFR and TC members. And when Ronald Reagan received the Republican nomination for president in 1980, he was strongly advised by Nelson Rockefeller’s protégé Henry Kissinger to name George H.W. Bush as his vice-president. Kissinger had headed the Rockefeller Brothers Fund in 1955, and Bush had belonged to the CFR and TC until 1979.

Toward the end of the Reagan presidency, the Rockefeller Foundation partially funded The Secret Constitution and the Need for Constitutional Change (1987). In this book, author Arthur S. Miller explained that “the old order is crumbling,… [and] a new vision is required to plan and manage the future, a global vision that will transcend national boundaries and eliminate the poison of nationalistic ‘solutions’.”

The next year (1988) when George H.W. Bush ran for the presidency, Washington Post reporter Sidney Blumenthal on February 10 revealed that David Rockefeller told him “he’s [Bush] one of us [the Establishment]…. If he were president, he would be in a better position than anyone else to pull together the people in the country who believe that we are in fact living in one world and have to act that way.”

Three years into the presidency of George H.W. Bush, David Rockefeller wrote the Foreword to Beyond Interdependence: The Making of the World’s Economy and the Earth’s Ecology (1991) by Jim MacNeill. Following this same line, on October 7 and 8, 1996, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund co-hosted a meeting titled “Building Constituency for Global Interdependence.” And the next year (1997) as part of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund “Global Interdependence Initiatives,” papers such as “Global Interdependence and the Need for Social Stewardship” were produced.

The next year (1998), the U.S. House of Representatives held impeachment hearings against President Clinton, and David Rockefeller was among those signing a full-page ad in The New York Times saying Clinton should not be impeached. This is because Clinton and his support for world government was an important part of the political/New World Order component of the Rockefeller plan.

[NOTE: On July 2, 2008 Barack Obama in Colorado said, “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded as the military.” Obama’s attorney-general Eric Holder on NBC’s This Week (May 2, 1999) said: “[The Second Amendment] talks about bearing arms in a well-regulated militia. And I don’t think anywhere it talks about an individual.” Since Holder doesn’t believe you as an individual have a right to bear arms, can you envision Obama’s civilian national security force knocking on your door and asking you to turn over any weapons you may have? What would you do?

Continuing with the final (political/New World Order) element of the Rockefeller plan, in David Rockefeller’s Memoirs (2002) he revealed on page 405 that he’s part of a “secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States,… conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will.” Of course, in David Brooks’ lengthy review of this book in The New York Times on October 20, 2002, there’s absolutely mention of this remarkable admission by Rockefeller.

Many believe Americans will never succumb to the Rockefeller plan. However, that’s why David Rockefeller praised Chairman Mao in his August 10, 1973 New York Times article, helping to open the door to Communist China and thus increasing its economic (and military) power. More recently, Bush Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson had traveled to China 70 times and started the U.S.-China Strategic Cooperation and Communication Initiative. Paulson was formerly with Goldman-Sachs, which financially represents China in the U.S. in some important areas. In addition CFR member Paulson recently was given authority by Congress to use TARP (Emergency Economic Stabilization Act) money any way he saw fit, so Bank of America used $7 billion of their loan from Paulson to buy an interest in a Chinese bank (Citigroup used $10 billion to buy 44 Spanish toll roads).

How’s any of this supposed to help homeowners in the U.S. not default on their mortgages? It’s not! And where are we now in 2009? The Chinese are poised economically to begin to coerce the U.S. to restructure our education and economy in order to compete successfully globally. Recently on the national news, it was reported that BYD Auto Company of China would introduce soon its electric car which simply could be plugged into a wall socket overnight. An auto industry analyst said there are those in Detroit who are “sweating bullets” over this because BYD’s car will cost only $22,000 compared to the first American electric car which will cost about $40,000 when it’s introduced.

Since BYD has only been making cars about 5 years, how could they beat the U.S. with the first mass-produced electric car? It may well be because education in China is far more rigorous than in the U.S.

For example, there’s a small town in China named Zhenzhou which has a high school where its 10,000 students arrive at 6 AM for calisthenics and don’t leave school until 10 PM. In China, high school students take four years of biology, four years of chemistry and four years of physics, with the Senior year integrating all three subjects. Regarding math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus and statistics are integrated in all four years of high school. Compare this to American students who never take four years of all these subjects.

In the workplace, I’ve already mentioned one town in China that specializes in the manufacture of neckties. Another town, Putian, is the largest shoe manufacturer in the world, and one-third of all shoes in the U.S. come from Putian.

In previous columns, I’ve mentioned how years ago I proposed a number of ways to improve elementary and secondary education in the U.S. Regarding higher education, about 30 years ago I proposed colleges offer courses called “Contemporary Cultures,” which would introduce students to the history, geography, culture (e.g., art and music), language, politics and economics of individual foreign nations. Had colleges done this, we may well not be in the dire position we are in today in terms of global competition. Now, it’s probably too late!

On the other hand, Chinese institutions of higher education have Departments of Entrepreneurship. This sounds contradictory for a “Communist” regime, but one must realize that David Rockefeller’s promotion of China over 35 years ago wasn’t because his ideal was for a nation of just communal peasants. The Rockefeller plan was rather that China would be the fulfillment of Frederick Gates’ “dream” of docile rural folk satisfied with their own lot and led by an educated elite. This would not only be a political elite, but a technical elite as well, such as those at BYD who beat Detroit in the mass production of an electric car.

There is still a large rural population in China, and those poor who move to cities such as Shanghai often live as poor workers in hovels between the modern skyscrapers. A friend of mine actually took photos of this, as well as of two women on the front lawn of a skyscraper cutting the grass with just scissors! It’s the return to feudalism described in W.J. Ghent’s Our Benevolent Feudalism (1902), which Jack London in The Iron Heel (1907) proclaimed would be “the textbook” the oligarchs and plutocrats would use in “moulding the thought processes of the nation.” At the end of my book, The Road to Socialism and the New World Order, I quote extensively from Ghent’s plan, which I project as resulting in a Techno-Feudal Socialistic New Age New World Order (including a World Socialist Government).

As I’ve written before, crises are used to get the public into accepting things they otherwise would resist. In that regard, in “Global Economy Hit By Massive Wave of Job Cuts” (The Economic Times, January 26, 2009), one reads that “British Prime Minister Gordon Brown insisted that the [current economic] crisis should ultimately give birth to ‘a new global order.’… We could view the threats and challenges we face today as the difficult birth-pangs of a new global order – and our task now as nothing less than making the transition through a new internationalism to the benefits of an expanding global society.” Toward that end, the “moulding of thought processes” mentioned above is brought about by saying only global solutions can solve global problems.

Relevant to this, Ben Barber with Demos (which has received hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Rockefeller Foundation) on Tavis Smiley’s show on PBS (January 16, 2009) stated that “the war on terrorism, like the war on drugs, like the war on AIDS, like the war on over-leveraged banks and markets can only be fought together, not one nation at a time…. President Obama has a chance to create a shared destiny for an interdependent world in which the United States leads but it also listens, in which the United States is a model for change and for democracy but also learns from others how it’s done.” Barber has led “Interdependence Day” on September 12 of each year since 2003, and Tavis Smiley referred to him as “a great American public intellectual.”

It’s efforts like those of Demos and Barber which will help bring about the fruition of the Rockefeller “one world” plan. And the movement toward Socialism in the U.S. will be an important part of this effort.

Concerning this movement, Dick Morris in “The Obama Presidency: Here Comes Socialism” (January 20, 2009) wrote that “We will shortly become like Germany, France, the United Kingdom, or Sweden – a socialist democracy in which the government dominates the economy, determines private-sector priorities and offers a vastly expanded range of services to many more people at much higher taxes…. Obama will so sharply cut taxes on the middle class and the poor that the number of Americans who pay no federal income tax will rise from the current one-third of all households to more than half. In the process, he will create a permanent electoral majority that does not pay taxes, but counts on ever-expanding welfare checks from the government….

In the name of stabilizing the banking system, Obama will nationalize it…. The government will impose healthcare rationing, denying the older and sicker among us the care they need and even barring them from paying for it themselves…. Obama will use the expansive powers of the Federal Communications Commission to impose the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ on talk radio…. The large stimulus package deficits will likely lead to rapid inflation, probably necessitating a second recession to cure it. So Obama’s name will be mud by 2012 and probably by 2010 as well. And the Republican Party will make big gains and regain much of its lost power. But it will be too late to reverse the socialism of much of the economy, the demographic change in the electorate, the rationing of health care by the government, the surge of unionization and the crippling of talk radio.”

At that point, the U.S. will be ready for absorption into the planned World Socialist Government, and a currency transition will be key to this. Todd Harrison in “How Realistic is a North American Currency? Uniting U.S., Canada, Mexico Money Could Result From Crisis” (Market Watch, January 28, 2009) explained: “As governments take on more risk – as they price assets on behalf of the market and transfer debt from private to public – the common denominator for release valve becomes the currency.” Harrison continued: “The New World Order is upon us…. For years, the notion of an ‘invisible hand’ was conspiracy theory until we learned that the Working Group on Financial Markets was a central policy tool…. The North American Currency – called the ‘Amero’ in select circles – would effectively comingle the Canadian dollar, the U.S. dollar and Mexican peso. On its face, while difficult to imagine it makes intuitive sense.

The ability to combine Canadian natural resources, American ingenuity and cheap Mexican labor would allow North America to compete better on a global stage…. We may need to let a two-tier currency gain traction if the dollar meaningfully debases from current levels…. While the notion of a seismic currency shift may seem obscure, we must respect the possibility long before it becomes front-page news.” Then after the North American Currency, the "Phoenix" (scheduled for 2018) will be the global currency of the World Socialist Government.
